Please transfer the amount to the designated account within 3 days after sending the email.
We will ship the product as soon as the payment is confirmed.

After confirming your order, it will be shipped via Sagawa Express' cash on delivery service.
When you receive the product, please pay the product price/shipping fee/cash on delivery fee of 600 yen (tax included) in cash.

Shipping fee (600 yen nationwide) *Okinawa prefecture 1,000 yen
Free shipping if total product cost is 11,000 yen or more including tax (excluding Okinawa Prefecture)
・About date and time specification
*You can add the product to your cart and specify it from the VIEW CART page.
Same-day shipping available for orders placed before 12:00 noon. (Please write in the notes section that you would like same-day shipping)
If you do not specify a delivery date and time, the item will be delivered as soon as possible.
This will be specified after 2 days (the day after the next day) from the date of your order. For Hokkaido and Okinawa, orders must be made within 4 days from the date of order.
*If your order is placed after 12:00 noon, the next day will be considered the order date.

・In-store pick-up service
If you pick it up at the store, shipping is free.
When picking up your order, you will be asked to present an ID that matches the purchaser's ID or the email you received when ordering.
*Please receive the product within one week. If it will take more than a week, please contact us.
