A collection of works by FAITH Ringgold, African American artist. Planned by the "Serpentine Galleries" in London, the Swedish contemporary museum "BildmusEet" in 2020, in 2021, "Glenstone Museum) in Potmuck, Maryland. Is held in Published with the patrol exhibition.

The artists, writers, and activists have explored and destroyed identity and gender awareness through paintings, feminist movements and civil rights movements depicting the life of African Americans.

The exhibition focuses on paintings, story quilts, and political posters series from the 1960s to the present. This book was published as an enlarged version when the exhibition was held at the Glenstone Museum, and in addition to the work, an essay contributed by the writer and scholar Michele Wallace, an interview with the author. Included. An interview with curator Hans Ulrich Obrist describes the passion of living in Harlem, the 1960s civil rights movement, inspiration sources, storytelling and freedom of speech.
